Tiffany is as enthusiastic as she is efficient—and that’s saying a lot! In her role as assistant to Alain Azan, Eric Buatois and Nathalie Auber, she coordinates schedules, makes travel arrangements, assists the finance department and manages the behind-the-scenes details that keep our office running smoothly. Tiffany joined Sofinnova Ventures from Sega of America and DoubleTwist, where she was the executive assistant to their senior marketing executives. Tiffany studied Business Management at Solano Community College.

Tina, executive assistant to Jim Healy and Jeff Stein, has a history of supporting dynamic personalities in dynamic industries. Prior to joining Sofinnova, she was the executive assistant to the CEO of Monster Cable, the company behind the San Francisco 49ers' Monster Stadium. In Hollywood, she was the executive assistant to the CEO of Creation Entertainment/Universal, and to the CEO of The Firm Music Management, the powerhouse agents to rock stars and actors alike. Tina has also worked for Aviatrix Pictures. Through her various roles she has served as talent coordinator, associate producer, event planner, and logistics and international travel coordinator. Tina graduated from Cal State Long Beach, where she rowed on CSULB's West Coast Champion crew team for thee years.

Lisa has worn many hats over her career—from an accountant's visor to a chef's hat—and at Sofinnova she continues to juggle hats. As the assistant to Nicola Campbell and Mike Powell, Lisa handles everything from scheduling to database management to the preparation of due diligence binders. Lisa joined Sofinnova from Malcolm H. Gissen & Associates of San Francisco, where she was the office manager. She was also an assistant kitchen manager for Houston's restaurants in Los Altos and Rutherford, California, and in University Park, Texas. She began her career as a senior financial analyst for Nortel Networks and Perot Systems. Lisa earned her BBA in finance from the University of North Texas.
