He is an experienced healthcare technology entrepreneur, most recently as co-founder of DDS-iPharm, a startup that provides electronic prescribing and mail-order pharmacy fulfillment services to healthcare specialists and their patients.
Previously, he founded NovaMinTechnology Inc. and remained as CEO through its sale to GlaxoSmithKline. NovaMin commercialized a new active ingredient for OTC and prescription dental products, taking the technology through clinical studies, regulatory approval, product development, and launches of several products in markets around the world. NovaMin was acquired by GlaxoSmithKline in 2010.

He then spearheaded the building of separate distribution networks for these new products in the US, Asia, and Europe while growing sales of existing products through aggressive marketing. Those bone graft product lines were later spun off to private investors, a transaction followed by the spin-off of NovaMin from USBio, which Randy led.
